Huo Qing frowned hard when she heard the words of her father. She spat on the ground and questioned, "Who dares to snatch the prince from me? Doesn’t everyone in the tribe know that I am the strongest totem warrior? How dare they even think of snatching someone from me? Have they lost their minds?" Even though Huo Qing had never made it clear, her stance had scared away most of the admirers of Rong Xian. After all, she was the strongest woman of the tribe. No one would dare to snatch a mer away from her unless she did not want to.
"It’s that new woman, who else?" thinking about Ruan Chanchan and her audacious actions, Elder Huo was so angry that he wished he could give her a whacking. On the other hand, Huo Qing looked like she had heard a joke. She curled her arms around her waist and started laughing. "Daddy, have you lost your mind? How can the prince even take a look at that woman? There is no way she would be able to win his heart. You are thinking too much."
