Dribbling drills: Dribble in place, 500 times with each hand. Then dribble while moving, back and forth across the court, 10 times with each hand.
Passing drills: In pairs, perform chest passes, bounce passes, and overhead passes 100 times each.
Shooting practice: stationary shooting, five spots, fifty shots at each spot.
Layup training: 50 layups with each hand.
Each task has a time limit, and those who fail to complete it will be punished by running.
Lin Feng couldn't keep up with the pace during his first training session. It wasn't that he couldn't do it, but he wasn't used to this high-intensity, repetitive training. Zhang Weiguo walked over and sat down next to him.
"How are you feeling?"
Lin Feng was panting. "Tired. But I'm okay."

But your fundamentals are too rough—your dribbling center of gravity is too high, you're not using enough force with your wrist when passing, and your shooting release point is too low.
