Chapter 33 Grama
Chapter 33 Grama
Tie Hui looked at the gatekeeper and was about to reveal Boromir's identity when he stopped himself.
"We are wandering knights of the wilderness, and we have been attacked by orcs. Only my companions and I escaped. We need to go into the city to rest and replenish our supplies!" Tie Hui's performance was very convincing, his expression sorrowful and pained.
As for why they didn't reveal their identities, it was because of the so-called Grimar, and the king was also controlled by Saruman.
The guards stepped forward, examined the two men, and then gestured for them to go inside.
Before arriving, Tie Hui had already stored all the elven robes, badges, horns, belts, and other items that revealed their identities on the two of them in the system space.
They also looted all of Boromir's gold and silver coins, which infuriated Boromir.
When Tie Hui and his companion entered the city, they discovered that it was quite large.
Palaces, taverns, blacksmith shops, and stores are all available.
Though small, it has all the vital organs!
The two found a hotel to stay in!
After days of travel, the two fell asleep the moment they touched the soft mattress.
Tie Hui only slowly woke up when night fell.
After glancing at Boromir lying to the side, he used magic to suppress the dark power in the wound once more, then went downstairs to find something to eat.
The dark power within Boromir is not something he can eliminate in his current state.
We can only wait here for Gandalf to arrive, after all, the old man has already been upgraded to the White Robe.
After going downstairs, he watched as the diners ate quietly or talked in hushed tones.
He knew this was because of Grama's tyranny.
After asking the owner for two dishes of food and hot soup, I was about to take them upstairs.
boom--
He hadn't even gone up the stairs yet.
The wooden door was suddenly pushed open, and two fully armed soldiers walked in and stood on either side of the door.
Immediately afterwards, Germa, dressed in a black robe, pale-faced and extremely lewd, walked in with an evil grin.
A somber atmosphere filled the room, and everyone who was eating stopped eating and lowered their heads in silence.
When Tie Hui saw this scene, his heart skipped a beat!
Grimar's intentions are clearly hostile. They only arrived here in the afternoon, and this guy tracked them down that very evening.
Gelima's gaze immediately locked onto him standing at the top of the stairs, and then he walked over arrogantly, not forgetting to flirt with the pretty female diners in the seats along the way.
"You..." Gelima came up to Tiehui, wanting to show his superiority, but he realized that the guy was taller than him as soon as he opened his mouth.
Tie Hui instantly saw through the guy's thoughts. With his 1.85-meter height and burly physique, he was truly intimidating.
"Your Excellency Grimar, what are your orders, with your 'silver tongue'?" Tie Hui looked down at Grimar standing in front of him with neither servility nor arrogance.
Gelima realized the problem and, momentarily losing face, could only take a half-step back to create distance, saying fiercely, "I heard you're wandering knights of the wilderness? But why have I never heard of you?"
Tie Hui smiled and shook his head: "Lord Gelima is so busy with affairs of state! How could he possibly remember the existence of insignificant figures like us?"
Gelima stared intently at Tie Hui. He felt that this guy was familiar, as if he had seen him somewhere before, but he couldn't remember where.
But they actually dared to kill orcs...
That basically makes them half an enemy!
However, judging from his current disheveled appearance, he is not a cause for concern!
We must prioritize King Théoden's interests!
"I heard you brought a companion?" Grimma smiled at him, wanting to step forward.
However, Tie Hui blocked him at the top of the stairs with his body.
Upon seeing this, Grimma's face instantly darkened. He glared at him fiercely and said, "These are critical times! Your Highness, you are on the western front, fighting bloody battles against the orcs! As the capital of Rohan, we cannot allow strangers to enter! If they are spies from the dark forces, it will plunge the entire Rohan into turmoil and danger!"
rub--
The henchmen behind him immediately drew their long swords and glared menacingly at Tie Hui.
Tie Hui's expression remained unchanged, still bearing a smile.
But they were already preparing to pull out their laser guns.
"Grema!"
Just as the atmosphere was tense, a clear female voice came from the back door.
Everyone turned to look, and there stood Princess Éowyn of Rohan!
Her face was filled with anger, and hatred flashed in her eyes.
"Grimar! This is not a place for you to run wild!" She walked up to Gelimar and glared at him angrily. "I'm here, and you can forget about causing trouble for the Rohan Kingdom and its people!"
The moment Germa saw the princess, the hidden glint in his eyes was impossible to suppress.
Grimma stood there, brazenly sizing up Iowa!
"My princess..." Grimma smiled and stepped forward to touch her smooth face, but she slapped his hand away.
Grimma wasn't annoyed, but arrogantly declared, "I'm doing this precisely for the revival of the Kingdom of Rohan! After all, this is the capital, and the king cannot allow any disloyal individuals or spies to infiltrate while he is weakened! Otherwise, His Highness Siudh might be in mortal danger!"
Iowa's humiliation was obvious, and the surrounding guests were all gritting their teeth.
"Gelima!" Tie Hui shouted.
Gelima turned around, his face showing impatience.
"I saw Iome and the others on my way here! They were clearing out the fleeing orcs and said they'd be back soon. Judging by the time, it should be within the next few days!" Iron Glory leaned against the stairwell, the playful look on his face irritating Grama.
But these words made him really panic.
He didn't have much military power!
"You just wait!" he said menacingly before turning and leaving the hotel.
As Éowyn watched Grama leave, tears streamed down her face.
Tie Hui glanced at it briefly, then silently walked back to his room.
"What happened downstairs?" Polomir asked weakly, leaning against the bed.
"About Gelima!" Tie Hui handed him the food in his hand.
Boromir pondered the name for a moment, then said viciously, "So it's him! That silver tongue! Gondor's northern defenses are frequently attacked by orcs, and this man has played a significant role in that! Even the King of Rohan has been bewitched by him. We must find a chance to kill him."
Tie Hui shook his head: "He has probably already sided with Saruman, and there are many connections behind him. If this matter is not handled properly, King Théoden may also be implicated!"
"Is this going to be a stalemate?"
"No! The opportunity is coming soon!"
