I'm a five-star citizen in a mobile game!

Ronan transmigrated into the world of a popular mobile game set in a fantastical open-world city. Here, there are no rules; players can enjoy the main storyline, fight their way through eerie, fantastical urban legends, commit murder and arson, engage in high-speed car chases—doing whatever they want. They can also explore the entire city of Hero, take a job, buy their own house and sports car, and roam the streets and skyscrapers. As an ordinary citizen with a five-star citizen panel, all citizens of Hero must complete daily performance assessments. Righteous citizens must contribute to the player and the city, passing the player's surveys to survive in the game. Evil citizens must cause trouble for the player, becoming lovable and charming villains, creating fun but not scary ghost stories in this eerie, fantastical world to survive. Fortunately, Ronan possesses two panels, and the game doesn't state that neither can achieve five stars.
