Chapter 540 What is Dumbledore planning to do?!
All day Sunday.
Harry and Ron are both catching up on their homework.
Hermione forbids them from copying her homework, and she also forbids them from copying Darren's homework. It's hard to say whether she's retaliating.
But Hermione said it was for Harry and Ron's own good.
To help them pass the regular wizarding level exams more easily. Darren, of course, believed her.
Harry and his friends were working themselves to the bone with their homework. Darren, on the other hand, was catching up on sleep or watching anime.
When evening came, Hermione took out some needles and thread; she was going to knit hats for the house-elves again.
Darren immediately jumped up.
He said he was going to be put in solitary confinement by Snape.
Although Snape did not require him to go on Sundays.
But when Hermione suggested he join her in knitting hats, Darren suddenly realized that practicing those repetitive acting exercises with Snape was much more interesting.
At least he could see Snape's expression—wanting to get angry but feeling he couldn't.
However, just as he was preparing to leave...
He discovered that the pig had brought Ron a letter. It was from Percy.
Just like in the original story, Percy broke ties with the Weasleys. He believed that their divergence from the Ministry of Magic was simply wrong. Darren stayed behind to watch the drama unfold.
Ron got excited. He quickly opened the envelope.
His face showed disdain, but everyone knew he wanted to see a letter from Percy offering his concession.
But after he finished reading Percy's letter, he threw it away.
"I knew he was that kind of person. I will never read his letters again!"
Ron shouted angrily.
Harry picked up the letter out of curiosity.
He asked Ron for his opinion, asking if he could take a look. Ron said yes.
If Harry weren't angry, he might even have shoved it out. Dear Ron:
In the midst of my busy schedule, I discovered that you have become the prefect of Gryffindor.
This is the happiest thing ever.
Because you were close to Fred and George, I always thought you might become like them, but I never expected you to follow in my footsteps.
I am so proud of you.
However, when I asked Ms. Umbridge about you, I was stunned. I never imagined that you would still be in contact with Harry Potter.
As we all know, the era of Harry Potter is over, and he is no longer the savior worshipped by everyone.
I think you should stay away from him. The Daily Prophet says he's not in good mental condition... Maybe you could ask Darren for help.
Although Darren and Harry are twin brothers, I'm sure they are two different kinds of people.
Darren's abilities are well-known. Even though I know he's not as powerful as the legends say, he still has many patents and abilities.
This meant that even if Harry Potter fell from power, he would not be implicated.
So you can either get to know him better or tell him to stay away from Harry Potter. It's never too late.
I also want to tell you about an opportunity: the Ministry of Magic will further diminish Dumbledore's authority, so you must follow in Madam Umbridge's footsteps.
I believe you will definitely be the president of the male student council! Also, please pass this on to Darren.
Do not argue with Madam Umbridge, because the Ministry of Magic is behind her.
Although he is very capable, if he wants to enter politics, he must cultivate good relationships with everyone.
This is my heartfelt concern for him as a friend. Love, Percy.
Harry finished reading the letter.
He looked up at Darren and Ron.
“If you two think that you can break off your relationship with me, then you can…” Before he could finish speaking, Darren kicked the sofa he was sitting on.
I almost kicked him so hard he rolled off the sofa.
"If you keep talking like that, I'll disown you right now!"

[Ding, Father Value +100] Darren showed an angry expression.
He made a move to leave. Harry quickly grabbed him.
“You know that’s not what I meant. I’m worried that you’ll be implicated because of me… If you can cut ties with me, you can have a more comfortable time at this school. I don’t mind.”
"Harry said firmly. Darren was silent for a moment. Then he kicked his sofa again."
"Since it's good to cut ties with you, why don't I just stop going to school and go back to the Muggle world instead?"
If you keep talking nonsense, I'll go wandering around with Sirius tomorrow. It's pointless anyway!

"I was just kidding, Darren, I was wrong!"
Harry quickly grabbed him.
"Don't go! If you leave, I'll really have no family left!"
Harry lowered his head and turned his face away.
He tried not to let Darren see his weakness.
“Brother… I’m not leaving. I don’t want to cut ties with you. I think you and I have had enough of the breakup we had in third grade, haven’t we?”

Harry nodded firmly.
Then they both burst into silly laughter.
Once Ron saw that they had stopped arguing, he tore up Percy's letter. He chuckled as he spoke.
"We're not going to cut ties with Harry! We're going to make him furious!"
Harry smiled sheepishly. Hermione, however, did not.
She put the letter Ron had just torn apart back together and began to read it carefully.
Finally, he said coldly:
"As expected, the Ministry of Magic intends to interfere in Hogwarts affairs, and Dumbledore's power is being gradually reduced."
I don't know what Dumbledore is trying to do. Fudge wouldn't dare act like this if he just said the word. Why is he letting Fudge continue to run rampant?
Her words annoyed Harry.
He remembered what Dumbledore had done. He was even furious.
"Who knows what he's really up to? Maybe they have something more important to accomplish. What are we anyway?"
"elder brother!"
Darren sternly stopped Harry.
He said softly, "Don't doubt any of this, Dumbledore absolutely loves you."
He's trying to find a way to keep us alive. Every move he makes has a deeper meaning, so let's not cause him any trouble.
If even we don't believe him, then who will?

[bite……]
"Yes, Darren is right, you have to trust Dumbledore!"
Blake's voice.
