Chapter 2114-2112 The Human Iron-Blooded Clan
Chapter 2114-2112 The Human Iron-Blooded Clan
Chapter 2114-2.112 The Human Iron-Blooded Clan
The story of the establishment of the human Predator clan begins with the Los Angeles Hunting Party, which appeared in Predator 2.
Three hundred years ago, a powerful Predator nicknamed "Golden Angel" Greyback came to Earth to hunt. After returning to his home planet, he founded his own "Lost Tribe." In 1997, he personally sent a young warrior from his tribe to Earth to hunt. Because the young Predator's forehead markings resembled a crab, he was called "Flower Crab." He was also known as "City Hunter" because he appeared in Los Angeles. At the end of the story, Elder Greyback led his tribe's Predators to reappear, took away "Flower Crab's" corpse, and re-established contact with humanity.
Because Earth has been the Predator's hunting ground since ancient times, in this endless killing game that has lasted from ancient times to the present, humanity has lost more often than it has won, yet it has stubbornly continued its civilization. Therefore, in order to prevent the spread of advanced alien technology among humans, the Dark Blade Clan sent one of its famous members, "One-Eyed Predator" Scarface, to Earth to retrieve it (the main storyline of "Predator: Concrete Jungle").
The backstory of "Scarface" goes something like this: In 1930, Scarface made a mistake while hunting on Earth, and some of his equipment fell into human hands. Unable to retrieve it, he was banished by his clan to a desolate planet infested with scorpion-like monsters as punishment. This guy, incredibly, survived for a hundred years by slaughtering all the monsters with only his two pieces of equipment—a spear and a wrist blade—after acquiring Predator technology and gaining immense power. Later, due to humanity's rapid advancement in Predator technology, they suddenly gained the upper hand in this hunting game. Even three young Predator warriors from the Darkblade clan, including Stoneheart, were captured by humans and transformed into Badblood. The Darkblade clan elder, "Greyback," had no choice but to send Scarface back to Earth to clean up the mess he left behind a hundred years ago…
It was precisely because of this loss of Ironblood technology originating in 1930 that humanity obtained valuable extraterrestrial bio-engineering technology. In the nearly one hundred years that followed, related technologies made great strides. As a result, research on genetic hybridization between humans and Ironbloods was brought to the forefront by high-tech oligarchs, primarily Borgia Industries (later acquired by Weyland Industries).
The saying goes, "If you don't court death, you won't die."
The forbidden research that humanity secretly began soon attracted the attention of another Ironblood clan.
Super Predators are larger, stronger, and possess more advanced alien technology than traditional Predators. The origins of the Super Predator clans are still poorly documented. Some believe they originated from "bad blood" that separated from traditional societies, but their more advanced weaponry suggests they likely came from higher-ranking "radicals" within traditional societies. Alternatively, they might possess even more advanced alien weaponry.
On the eve of a breakthrough in human hybrid technology, "radicals" within the Super Predator clan sought to eradicate humanity once and for all. However, this massacre, completely contrary to Predator doctrine, immediately caused a split within the clan. One of them, known as the Fugitive Predator, a hybrid warrior with Predator and human genes, stole an ultimate weapon called "The Predator Killer Armor" and fled to Earth so that humanity could defend itself against an invasion from the Predator homeworld.
The Super Predator clan immediately dispatched its most powerful "Assassin Predator," a 3.3-meter-tall "Ultimate Predator (The Upgrade Predator)" with multiple hybrid genes, to pursue them all the way to Earth and prevent the Predator fugitives from handing over the "Predator Killer" to humans.
This leads to the main storyline of Predator 4.
The "Predator Killer" originates from the latest technology of the Predator homeworld. Once a human puts it on, they instantly transform into a full-body nano-armor. Referring to the Hulkbuster armor's design, it could be called the "Anti-Predator Armor."
"So, with the 'Predator Killer Nano Armor,' you formed your own clan." The plot finally connected.
“Yes, the only remaining ‘Predator Killer’ in the entire universe.” Anna Gonçalves’s expression spoke volumes about its importance.
According to Wu Chen's classification, this is actually a powered exoskeleton armor that any humanoid creature can wear. Of course, referring to the main storyline of Predator 4, the Predator fugitives must have pre-selected handover personnel before escaping their home planet with the "Anti-Predator Armor." And this pre-selected "handover list" undoubtedly consists of powerful human warriors who have defeated the Predators.
The origins of the "Predator Killer," along with its cutting-edge technology, are all strictly guarded secrets by the clan elders. Even whether this advanced alien technology originated from the Predators, and how it was acquired, remains unknown. The reason it's considered taboo by the Predator clan's ruling class is quite simple: the "Predator Killer" would completely overturn the existing Predator social model and hierarchical structure. The brutal training of honor duels and the rigid hierarchical submission would all lose their meaning before the "Predator Killer." Perhaps it's called the Predator Killer because it's designed specifically to kill Predators. This small nano-armor contains the most advanced materials and processes, a complex power structure and nanotechnology, various advanced sensors, microcomputers, and AI chips…
To be fair, many of the individual alien technologies that the Predators left behind on Earth are actually semi-publicly or secretly mastered by humanity. However, humanity's overall civilization is still far behind that of the Predators.
The emergence of this "Predator Killer" nanoarmor holds the promise of breaking humanity's perpetually passive position at the bottom of the food chain in the three-way hunt between Predators and Xenomorphs. Unfortunately, however, this "Predator Killer" nanoarmor was worn by Isabel Nissenbaum, the third-generation female Predator who disappeared along with the Predator ship. Anna Gonsalves, the first-generation female protagonist and leader of the human Predator clan, is desperately searching for Isabel Nissenbaum, primarily because this "anti-Predator armor," a cutting-edge technology even on the Predator homeworld, is so advanced that it cannot be replicated.
At the bar of the jungle nightclub, three glasses of strong liquor were downed.
The atmosphere immediately became lively.
Soon, Captain Nine-Tailed learned about an important member of the human Ironblood Clan.
Leona Cantrell, a Los Angeles Police Department officer and the second female lead, is a member of the Alvarado Precinct's team investigating gang conflicts during the 1997 drug cartel wars. She displays bravery in the intense firefights, proficient in both gunfights and hand-to-hand combat. She is one of the few characters to survive an encounter with the Predator, "Flower Crab," in the subway. Because she is pregnant and adheres to the ancient principle of not killing pregnant women, infants, or unarmed civilians, "Flower Crab" spares her.
Isabel “Izzy” Maria Theresa O’Higgins was the sole survivor of the 1997 rampage by the Predator “Crab” at her lover’s Los Angeles apartment run by the Colombian Scorpion gang drug dealers. She was left completely naked. Afterwards, she joined the OWLF Xenomorph Project.
Sergeant Cheryl Green, a female police officer with the Los Angeles Police Department, was stationed in the Alvarado Precinct during the 1997 gang war and ultimately survived.
Dr. Casey Brackett, an evolutionary biologist, is the female protagonist of the fourth installment. She is hired by Project Stargazer to conduct live examinations of Predator escapees imprisoned in the facility.
Alexa "Lex" Woods, the female lead in *Alien vs. Predator*, is an outdoor explorer and environmentalist. In 2004, she participated in a Weyland Industries expedition to Antarctica to investigate ancient pyramids buried under the ice. They later discovered that the pyramids were Predator hunting grounds. Predators bred Xenomorphs there for hunting, and the expedition quickly became embroiled in a battle between the two races. As the sole survivor of the Antarctic events, Lex teamed up with Scar Predator, one of the three young Predators who participated in the "rite of passage hunt," to defeat the Alien Queen.
Kelly O'Brien, the female lead in *Alien vs. Predator 2*, is a female soldier returning from overseas service. Picking up where the first film left off, the Predator spaceship, carrying the corpse of Scar, who was possessed by an Xenomorph, unexpectedly gives birth to the "Ultimate Predator" with dual genes. A fierce battle leads to the spaceship crashing, causing the Xenomorphs to spread explosively in the town of Connison, Colorado, plunging the surviving humans into a hunting crisis. Kelly O'Brien assists the elite Predator "Wolf Predator" in the hunt for the Ultimate Xenomorph.
And Cullen Yutani, the CEO of Yutani Corporation in the Alien vs. Predator films. Yes, the same Cullen Yutani who was the CEO of the Japanese startup that acquired Weyland Industries in 2099 and founded the Weyland-Yutani Group.
